Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days after the item is ready. Because every piece is handmade and often made to order, some items may take longer depending on complexity. Simple items generally ship faster, while intricate designs may take extra time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. You’ll see the total before completing your purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
What if my item is lost or damaged in shipping?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can work with you to resolve it. Full refund/exchange policies are available on our Returns page.

Can I customize a piece?
Absolutely! Many items can be personalized with different colors, shapes, or designs. Contact us via our Contact page to discuss your ideas and availability.
I just ordered something custom — how long will it take to get my quote?
Once I receive your order, I will confirm within 24 hours that it has been received. Depending on the complexity of your request, it may take a few days to provide a full quote.
When will my custom item ship?
Most items are made to order. Production time depends on the complexity of the design. Simple pieces usually ship faster, while detailed items may take longer. We’ll provide an estimated timeline when you place your order.
Materials & Imperfections
Are your materials safe?
Yes! All materials are non-toxic and chosen for quality and durability.
What if my item has imperfections?
Because every piece is handmade, minor variations and imperfections are part of the charm. These are not considered defects and are not refundable. However, if an item arrives damaged or broken, we’ll work with you to make it right.
What if my item is damaged?
Due to the nature of our handmade jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your items arrive damaged, or break within 14 days of purchase, we will replace them if available or provide a refund.
How do I care for my clay and jewelry items?

Storage: Keep your items in a safe place, away from sharp objects. Avoid bending, crushing, or dropping, as this may cause scratches or breakage. Also, avoid storing in extreme temperatures.

Everyday use: Do not submerge or scrub your jewelry to avoid scratching or tarnishing. Remove your jewelry before showering or swimming. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or oils.

Cleaning: If your item gets dirty, gently clean with a damp cloth or a baby wipe. Raw brass elements may tarnish over time — this is normal. If desired, carefully use a brass cleaner with a Q-tip.
Events & Gifts
Do you make pieces for events or gifts?
Yes! We love creating items for special occasions, weddings, or gifts. Contact us to discuss availability, pricing, and ideas.
Can I pick up a custom piece at an event?
Yes! If you talk with me ahead of time, I can have a custom piece ready for pickup at a pop-up or other event. Just make sure to give me enough time to create it — then you can grab it in person without waiting for shipping.
