Handmade Items

Due to the nature of our handmade designs, we do not accept returns or exchanges for minor variations in color, shape, or texture. These small differences are part of the charm of handcrafted pieces and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Broken Items

If your item arrives damaged or breaks within 14 days of purchase, we will replace it if available or provide a refund. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items follow the same policy: no returns or exchanges for minor variations. If a custom item arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
